For the first time, the Berlin Kontrapunkt team was responsible for the event evening of Berlin-Chemie Menarini AG with approx. 800 guests. The venue for the kick-off event was the WECC, which is the listed former warehouse 1 at the Westhafen in the heart of Berlin.

20,000 miles under the sea

Due to the motto, Kontrapunkt transformed the location into two theme worlds. “AT THE BEACH” offered the guests the opportunity to chat in a relaxed beach atmosphere in the “small hall” of the WECC. In addition, the guests could also lean back and relax in deck chairs with a cocktail in between palm trees.

Maritime decoration elements, an airbrush tattoo station with underwater motifs and a photo box with beach accessories provided a lot of fun as well as the right ambience for the guests.

“Dive in”

… was the perfect slogan of the motto to transform the “great hall” into a breathtaking underwater world. Huge inflatable LED-illuminated fabric-jellyfishes hanging from the ceiling as well as other decoration islands matching the motto, adorned the 770m² big heart of the event location.

Have you ever looked deep into the eyes of a shark?

Very courageous guests could experience a dive into a coral reef and were able to prove their nerve strength during an encounter with sharks. Fortunately, just by using a VR-simulation instead of diving goggles. But also above the water surface there was a lot to discover: A jet ski simulator, different photo boxes with underwater props as well as a candy bar offering different sea sweets!

What was not to be missed on such an evening event, was the perfect party band. A 11-person band provided the right atmosphere for the guests and inspired with a dance-heavy stage show as well as a stunning visual performance of extra class.
